Policing outside the ground.
I've been to loads of away games where we've been kept in allowing the home crowd to disperse. Instead of that happening today though, they kept thousands of us penned up, causing unnecessary confusion while letting them out.

All they had to do was shut their doors for 10 mins and then let them out.

Exactly - caused a whole set of problems as plod and stewards tried to hold the line and more and more home fans joined in pushing them back.

The group of Boro fans penned in by the mounted police on the way to PML were bricking it as the home fans broke past the line.

Was expecting a bit of trouble but didn't see anything.

Shame as I looked proper fucking hard today and I'd have looked the bollocks windmilling behind a row of security made-up of 5ft 4in 8 stone 17-year-olds.

Kicked off at their coaches after.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
There was a tidy looking firm of West Ham leading up to where the coaches were. Not a single old bill in sight and they wasn't exactly inconspicuous.

Chelsea is going to get very messy.

Big numbers or just a few scuffles?

Looked sizeable from where we were. London derbies could get out of hand

When did Chelsea or Spurs ever have a proper go at our old ground though?!

Doubt very much that Chelsea will try anything on in a few weeks time.

Spurs were drinking in Queens the other year!

Think the fact it was during the second half says alot though!

Their arseholes fell out when they saw all our lot released just moments after they were giving it large. Seen a few vids of some scuffles by the coaches filmed by some busy cunts.

That article also said::

"That central band, which in most grounds is the perfect height and position, is fenced off and hidden away like a disused trampoline park."

There's footage of a couple of West Ham getting knocked on their arses by the same Boro fan.

That Boro lad puts in a couple of good punches tbf, as he's backed up by the coaches.

West Ham weren't released, they broke through the cordon. All of that could've been sorted if they'd kept them in the ground for a bit instead of fucking up the 20,000 so home fans trying to get past.

Saw the Borough being escorted across the field before the game. Our lot were waiting for them by their entrance; and no one tried to move them on. Boro have a reputation but our fans seemed well up for it.

They were released, at least they were in the cordon just past the ticket office. I know because we were at the front of it.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
I left 10 mins early with my girls 4 and 7 to avoid the rush and the police and stewards refused to let me cut through past the away section and sent us on a fucking mission walk.

They sent us having to walk past the boro coaches as they were getting on the coaches, having hearing my accent telling my girls to hurry they started calling me a cockney wanker ect and it scared the day lights out of me I honestly though I was in for a kicking.

Well done stewards and old bill, great job that!
